the day we went cycling...

at taman pertanian bukit cahaya seri alam @ bukit cherakah in shah alam. the last time i went there was during my school days - that's many years ago..

since the place is large in area, we skip not few but most of the routes. penat la coz byk bukit. tak larat nak cycle ok.

adam just learning to cycle, so he dare not cycle down the hills. i accompanied him sorong bicycle turun bukit.

the rest of the places, we just cycled up and down the hills so no pics. the kids had fun and enjoyed, the parent exhausted but happy!!!

TARA season 3

the boys team from hong kong won the race!!! (they're not singaporean ye. i silap tulis singaporean team lak in my 'finale' post tu. thank you sis shopaholic mama yg correct kan for me).

ok la... congrats man!!

although ida & tania didnt win but it was amazing to see their effort in completing the tasks and they really had fun traveling from one continent to another. congrats for being the top 3.

most of my favourite tv series has reached its' season finale. citer apa la i nak tengok lepas nih??

couple of weeks ago, finale seasion of CSI NY with mac being taken as a hostage by a bank robber.

last night, i watched CSI Miami reaching its' finale season with horatio being shot.

tonight pulak is the final of my all-time favourite reality series TARA. the singaporean, philippines and malaysian teams are racing to the finishing mat and win that lotsa cash okay.

p/s: oh i also watched PENSIL right after CSI Miami. sedih giler ok.. from the start till the end, i dok nangis. even my 3 men aka dear hubby, adam and adli were in tears tau. i strongly recommend everyone to watch it - dari 1 tahun hingga ke warga emas.

yesterday, we went to the kids' school for their report card signing session with the teachers. lucky for me since dear hubby was around, i get to choose adli's class as his was at the ground floor while adam's at the 3rd floor. yes, tak kuasa mak nak menapak tangga tu ye.

adli has done quite well - i'm happy but was told he's one active boy and talkative too in class. "dia ni mmg talkative cikgu. kat rumah pun asik nak bercakappppp je...". the teacher also told me that he was appointed as 'pengawas pusat sumber' for next year. do you know that the school no longer call library as 'perpustakaan'? nowadays, they name it as pusat sumber @ resource centre, where sumber inspirasi, sumber alam and segala sumber can be found there. "so tugas pengawas pusat sumber ni macam librarian la ye" i asked the teacher. "ye.. macam tu la". well, i see there's pro and con for adli. for me, as long as adli happy being with the books - i'm ok but being talkative himself, i hope he can handle the 'quiet please' situation well. oh do you know that as a pengawas pusat sumber, they have their own designated uniforms - a pants and a vest in beige colour (i think..), white long sleeves shirt, a tie and black shoe. the pants, vest and tie are tailor-made so we have to pay the school for that, while the rest, we have to buy elsewhere. our school time mana ada...

as for adam... according to dear hubby, dia maintain jer. maintain apa? maintain macho ke? since the parents were not allowed to bring home the report card so i cant expect how much adam has progressed but was told he has done better than before but weak in physical skills. do you know that physical skills is part of the students' assessment for endurance level? i remembered adam told me about it but i thought it was just part of their sport activity. haa abah. apa lagi. kasik train la adam tu.. u kan fitness specialist. anw, i think it's good to include those activities as part of assessment rather than emphasize on papers only.

i anticipate there'll be more new educational programs in years to come...
