yup.. this yellow sponge has become her favourite cartoon … she sings (in her own version of course.. ) and dances along with the song…
as for me.. enough with it already…!!!
poor little aira… a week ago, she had a mild cough and was on syrup medication. but after few days, I noticed she vomits at coughing and she couldn’t sleep well at night.
a week has gone and she was not getting any better. so another visit to her doctor and was advised on home nebulizer for two days, that was last monday and tuesday.
at first it was a struggle to put her on the nebs.. she’ll scream out loud… refused on putting the mask on… so apa lagi.. kena guna paksaan la gitu. tangan kaki semua kena pegang…
and each time she’s done her neb, I’ll put on myself as well so that she will know she’s not alone.. so that’s the trick.. 
see… she did it herself and I’m so proud of her….
alahai.. kecutnyer anak mama ni…
yesterday was the follow up check-up and and alhamdulillah she responds to the medication and her lungs are cleared. she’s still on medication until her cough completely gone. get well soon ok aira…
now mama punye turn… cough & cold… nooooooooooo…!!!!
aira and her sucking habits… not thumb but fingers sucking. we tried to stop her but she will cry uncontrollably… kesian la pulak…
what worries me is that her upper teeth position.. it looks a lil bit tipped forward.. we tried wrapping her two fingers and even wore her a mitten but tak jalan…
she’s is now 16 months and hope she will quit her sucking habits by what… age two, maybe…???
yes, aira starts teething at 7 months… first tooth lower incisor.
having her first tooth, i was her first victim… she bites!!! and when i carry her, my shoulder will be her target to relieve teething pressure. more teeth coming out soon coz nowadays, she likes to chew her fingers. meleleh la lepas ni..
and at this age, aira is able to play with her emotions ala ala berlakon gitu. when we smile, she’ll smile. when we make a serious face, she'll serious too. the best part when we angry (saje2 je buat muka angry), she’ll cry. bila nangis tu, airmata mencurah2 la tapi bila kita smile balik, dengan airmata yg tgh menitis tu, boleh pulak dia smile balik kat kita. such a playful lil' girl...
ramadan tiba lagi… selamat berpuasa!!!
yes… this cheeky little girl will be 7 months tomorrow.
just last couple of months when i visited my dad, aira was having a fever and that was when my dad told me a secret (which i was told happened to me too when i was a baby...) that little girls will always look for their dads during happier times, when they are well and happy… and when they are sick, they will look up and clinging to their moms for comfort and mercy… :D
my experience with aira.. it’s sooooo true. she wants me most of the time for almost everything.. sleeping, feeding, bathing, cuddling etc..
aira, you are so abah’s little girl.. so when you grow up and you want something, go look for your abah ok… :D
